Stephanie Anson has made Cross Creek her home since 2012. She is married to her husband Dan and has 3 children, Savannah, Camden and Christian. 

She has been integrally involved in the real estate industry since 2004. She is a forward-thinking and results-oriented professional who takes a proactive approach to your real estate goal. She joined KB Home in 2004 and was quickly promoted to Regional Sales Manager overseeing 9 multi-million dollar communities and a sales staff of over 20 Sales Associates.

In 2009 she joined McKinely Inc as the Regional Sales Director overseeing 8 multi-family properties totaling over 2000 units. She maintained an average of 95-100% occupancy within her portfolio. She returned to general Real Estate and started Anson Properties LLC in January of 2011. She prides herself in maintaining and creating reputable with other vendors and colleagues to make the process as smooth and successful for their clients as possible.

More About Stephanie Anson


Stephanie was born in Covington Tennessee and moved quite extensively throughout her childhood. She lived in 9 states and loves the greatness the United States has to offer. 

In 1995 she enlisted in the US Navy and was stationed at Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk Virginia. She managed network security, IT infrastructure and web based applications in addition to assisting in the training of student officers with Global Command Control Systems.

She was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal and the Joint Service Meritorious Service Medal for her innovative ideas and technological persistence that redefined JFSC’s network infrastructure and .mil network.  

While working full time she attended ECPI College of Technology, University of Phoenix and Troy State University, majoring in Information Systems and Network Engineering. Towards the end of her 6 year tour an Orlando based IT Contractor, Coleman Technologies Inc., offered her a contractual position to continue at the JFSC and transition them for her replacement.  

She later transferred to their headquarters in Orlando Florida as an IT Networking Consultant where she developed solutions for and managed many high profile projects in IP phone system integrations, network security, Unix administrative support, Microsoft implementations and infrastructure changes. 

Some of her client base consisted of ORMC, Health Central, Valencia Community College, Mitsubishi Power, Orange, Seminole and Osceola Public School Systems, Rosen School of Hospitality and Watson Realty.  With each project she had to meet strict certification requirements that required her to teach herself new technologies using the company’s labs. She attained several certifications including; CCNP, Cisco WLAN, MCSE, and MCP.
